YES, It’s true that numerous (but not all) products are high-ticket ones that can cost you an arm and a leg.
I think the below excerpt describes why some (people who do NOT complete a course) might call him a scam and also why he is NOT:

Anthony is undoubtedly a talented marketer and slick salesman; however, I would not trust him with my life, and neither should you.
There have been allegations online that claim Anthony is a scam. The main reason that has lead people to believe this is the manner in which he prices his products. The Ambassador Club Membership is for instance valued at $3997. Whereas this product is not within everyone’s buying capability, this does not mean that he is automatically labeled a scam. There are also other very cheap products that he offers, such as the “Three Steps to Fast Profits DVD” which only costs 49 cents. (Right now he also actually offer a whole course for absolutely FREE, you can find it on this page). Whereas Anthony’s products are relatively expensive, you cannot help but notice that the value they seek to deliver is worth every single penny.

Anthony provides a 30-day refund policy on your initial purchase. If you want to cancel during your subscription, they are happy for you to refund your future billing. But, for the previous billings, there are no refunds.
The last link takes you to what seems to be a portal site to Arbour Academy aka Google Maps Elite by Chad Kimball. This could be useful if you’re looking to start an online agency but again, at $997 it’s not cheap and local SEO is not something I’ve tried before. Some people seem to be getting good results from it though.
2 – One of the taglines for the Mastermind program is to help people start an online business, yet besides all the motivational talk and the funnel video training, there isn’t really any step-by-step tutorial to show how things are being done. If you think that the weekly videos can offer something helpful, well good luck with that too.
If your plan is to escape the 9-to-5, be your own boss, work from home on your own time, and earn money while you sleep, then yes, Partner With Anthony is worth it.
