Well, I purchased the program and want to show it to you through my eyes. It was a year ago when I first heard about this program.
Again this is, as it were, banding together with Anthony. He might have effectively just had his subsidiary connections in there so he gets commissions.
By far the biggest issue I have with this program is the sheer number of high-priced upsells and monthly subscriptions you're forced to buy if you want to implement the training and get any results.

Inbox Startup Incubator looks better and Anik Singhal seems a lot more credible. It’s basically a course about how to get started with email marketing. At $997 it’s a little pricey and I don’t like the zero refund policy.

The Partner With Anthony program has 13 sessions that contain several training modules. Keep in mind that you won't be able to access the next course until 24 hours have passed since completing the previous module. If you're looking for a shorter course, then this is probably not for you because it will take a couple of weeks or more before you can finish the training.
